Does Etizolam Relieve Anxiety?
Like all other benzodiazepine drugs that are available, Etizolam is a popular choice for those who suffer from anxiety, depression, insomnia and other mental illnesses. Several studies have tested the effectiveness of Etizolam to depress the central nervous system, slowing down thoughts and making the user feel slightly sedated.
According to the World Health Organisation, Etizolam is roughly 10 times stronger than diazepam, which has long been used as an anti-anxiety medication.
This study, designed to test the effectiveness of Etizolam as a treatment for general anxiety disorder concluded that the drug does indeed help to relieve a lot of the symptoms of general anxiety disorder. The problem, however, is the fact that the side effects are extremely obvious and hard to avoid. Drowsiness and an inability to concentrate for long periods of time were the two most common that were brought to the researchers’ attention.
Besides the drowsiness, the side effects were far from dangerous or directly life-threatening. Due diligence is required when purchasing and experimenting with new forms of medication, so make sure to do your research before giving it a go.
Etizolam is not currently regulated in the United States, but it is available to purchase from several other countries including Australia and India.
