US Domestic Customers
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund. We will not cover the cost of return shipping.
If a US domestic item does not arrive due a USPS problem, we will offer full money back or a replacement. If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back.
If an international shipment does not make it through US customs, we offer full money back. However, if the shipment passes through US customs but is held by foreign customs or a foreign delivery service loses a package, we do not offer money back.
If an item makes its way to a U.S. export center, such as New York, NY or Miami, FL, it is viewed as having passed to a foreign delivery service, even if no further update is made.
We do offer a money back guarantee if international customers can return our products to us.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will tell you the return address, and will issue a refund as soon as we see movement on the return tracking number we are provided.
The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label.
If you need a refund, we will refund your payment in the way it was originally transmitted to us. For instance, if you paid by credit card, your money will be refunded to your credit card. The refund normally clears within a few hours. Occasionally, it may be necessary to remit payment in the form of a check.
We have a maximum of one business day handling period for all of our orders that are placed via credit card. This is because we are certain the payment clears immediately. If you order a product from us, it will ship out within one business day.
If order is placed via eCheck, we have a handling period of approximately 3 days. This is because it takes this long to confirm that payment has actually cleared. In reality, we have a one day handling period after payment clears, yet it takes different amounts of time for different payment methods to clear.
We currently ship only via USPS First Class, or USPS Priority if the package weighs enough.
We do not have control over how quickly USPS delivers packages, but our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 3 business days after shipment, and arrive internationally within 2 weeks. Sometimes, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.
We accept payment through all major credit cards, eCheck, and mailed checks.
The customer is only billed one time, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page. There are no recurring payments that are billed to the customer unless explicitly stated.
